App works well, nice to be able to set up codes for my lock on my phone rather than on the unit itself. Not much more functionality than that for the Aura lock. Please add the capability to change the beep volume on the Aura lock through the app. The beep is rather quiet (compared to previous model Weiser locks) and it is sometimes difficult to know if you pressed a button or not.

I was about to take it off, re-box, and send back to the store because it would not connect, could only sometimes find the lock and/or wifi setting up with Android on my Google Pixel 6 phone. Wrestled with it for two hours without success. Then I tried with my wife's iPhone 6 plus. Worked first time. There are some definite problems with this app, but the hardware works well.

Horrible. Installed my lock and set this all up yesterday. Today it cleared my entire set up out, won't let me been logout, and I can't access ANY of my settings. Tells me to name my house again. Awful. Update: I've been able to reconnect it but it constantly disconnects. And any update I try to make only works about 20% of the time on the first try. It's really bad guys. Don't understand why you don't fix it. Would never recommend this lock to anyone. Edited

Great app we use it all the time to check our locks when we're away save we forget whether or not we've locked the door. Also, the installation was quite straightforward but I would suggest "Skipping the installation" part in the initial setup (It's written in tiny letters as an option for a button to hit)

Weiser locks install pretty easily, and the app works great over Bluetooth to set up combinations for the keypad. Have installed 2 Aura keypads and 2 locksets - which can all easily be keyed alike! 5 stars!
