I had the old app and had to update it to this new one. The old was 5 stars. The new not so much. I paid for the no ad version on the old one. On this new one, I find: The scrabble board is smaller; the play button flashes too much; after a completed play, a list of pops up (I like looking at my rack); because of the push to play more games, sometimes I accidentally start a second one when I don't want too; !!!! Please make it so you can delete a game you did not want to start!!!!!! Edited

This was upgraded recently and it wasn't a good upgrade. The chat doesn't work. I can only see what I wrote, not what the opponent wrote. Also as I type in the chat, my phone keyboard covers the bottom half of the letters I'm typing. The game play is pretty much the same except I haven't fount where it tells me how many tiles are left. This looked to be a big overhaul, and it doesn't appear to be well tested.

Scrabble under a different name, works perfectly 👌. I was trying to find the unupdated version of their other word crack (like boggle) because the update made everything crazy colors and gives me some serious sensory overload, and fortunately I stumbled upon this. Unfortunately I think they're updating this one, too. I hope there'll be an option to keep the old formatting, I love this game and it's so much easier to look at plain. Edited

I've been playing this game for years, but for the last several months it drops you right in the middle of a game, freezes very often and makes you sign in again in the middle of a game. Then when you go to sign in, it's all in Spanish!!! My sister is having the exact same issues and she even had to create a new account because it wouldn't allow her to sign in. This is maddening and if it doesn't rectify itself, we are quitting this app.

Cannot contact support from within the game. When you try, it acts like a dead link. Intermittent orphan games. I start a fast game and it will await an opponent forever, even though I can start another afterward and begin playing immediately. It will eventually timeout having never been assigned an opponent. Also, as you wait for your opponent to play, you are never notified when it is your turn again. On the fast games, I have missed my turn thinking it was still other person's turn. Edited
