It was a good service, until we were double billed for a resort fee by both Expedia and the hotel. when I spend an afternoon trying to figure out why, I was told to recheck the bill. And based on the total, I should just recheck. So my fault because they billed me and the resort billed resorts fees and no one is going to pay it back. In addition to being told my the rental car company that the insurance we paid really doesn't cover anything regarding the car. Will not be using Expedia again.

they suggested an offsite car rental place by Miami Airport called Next. once I arrived, the lady at the counter told me I had to pay an additional $1,500. I've rented several cars using this app and never had anything like this Happen. It just felt scammy. we argued then they refused to rent to me. I went on the app and rented one from budget with no issues. I contacted Expedia and they refuse to give me a refund, because it's against the car rentals policy. I'm shocked Expedia won't help!

My sister in law sent me a link with trip details via email. I tapped on it and it forced me to download the Expedia app to view. I am logged in to the app. Tapping the link in the email opens the app to the home section. It doesn't open to the trip details as it should. When I tried to leave feedback about this (via the feedback section in the app), I was typing my feedback in a text box and the app reloaded itself to a blank page and deleted everything I had entered. Cool. Cool.

Used to work fine. I tried to open it, kept getting "Too many requests" that would not allow me to back out. Cleared cache and data, same issue. Saw an update, updated, now I get an error about an issue on their end. I haven't used this app in a while, thought I would try it again to compare prices. Not really feeling the need to waste time with support, don't need this app that bad. If they don't care enough to have a working app, I can go elsewhere.

If you plan on renting a car, make you sure you have several hundred dollars for deposits at the counter. Or else they will decline the booking. I didnt have 650. Expedia will charge you for the rental since they do not support vehicle rental refunds at all, however, they will refund your insurance policy with no problem. Their phone support does not have a working number through the app, you have to jump through hoops to find a number. When you do actually speak to someone, they won't help. Edited
