this app is trash. it always shows my credit score as "-1" which isn't even a possible score. it says I'm in the "very good" range but does not show the correct number. I find this app to be entirely useless except to control the security freeze at Experian, and even then it redirects you to the website. don't let them fool you into placing a "credit lock" which is a paid service. you have a right to place a security freeze at no cost. here's how Experian can improve: go out of business. In the beginning, everything loaded and I was able to delete alerts. Now, my alerts are building up and I can't archive them. Also, sometimes the app doesn't allow me to use biometrics. Since, posting the original review, everything has been fixed and updated. So I'm changing my review to 5 stars. All features are working properly. Edited

I would like to give this app more stars, but I can't for one reason, I can't archive notifications. EDIT: It was necessary for me to delete most of my original review because I reached the limit on the number of characters. I tried contacting Experian to inform them that I have since been able to archive my messages. If I'm not mistaken, the procedure for archiving them has changed. You now check a box and you can select to mark read/unread, or archive. I have archived all of the messages. Edited

Experian would get a five if the merchandising was toned down a little. Of the bureaus, it's the one I go to. It's pretty easy to work with if you surf past the appeals without signing up for something by mistake. I don't mind paying for security, but most offers seem a bit overpriced. Personally I like Experian's ratings; they appear a little tougher than the others, but I know where I stand.

You can view your credit score without unfreezing your credit. there's so many adds it's hard to navigate and find what you're looking for. It's a massive advertisement for credit cards & insurance not an app! You cannot claim your vehicles separately (bug/glitch). You must input your debts yourself the app does not keep track of them for you. I don't recommend this app.
