From the moment I've installed this app it hasn't let me submit a payment. Even with the new update it hasn't worked. I even deleted all app data to start from fresh. "an unexpected error has occurred try again later" is all this app is good for. As of November 2nd 2018, I've gotten a new phone and the same error still occurs. App is useless for paying bill Edited

Absolutely the worst. I am not even sure if it's the app or the system but I am in an endless loop of the app asking to add a vehicle, when I enter the information I get a message saying the vehicle is already linked and to call the 800 number, when I talk to someone they say that the information is there and nothing is wrong on their end. This is completely absurd. Good to know I have this to look forward to for the next few years...

App is useless! Once an account is setup they are supposed to send an email verification, but it was never sent, I contacted customer support which was not very helpful (over an hour wait time), they were only able to confirm that they are experiencing technical difficulties, so now I have to revert to old fashioned snail mail to pay my bill.

I've been using biometrics to sign in for over 2 years. With the latest app update, the biometrics option is turned off by default, even if you turn it back on, the fingerprint scan does not come up, and also if you relaunch the app it's turned off again. Not only was this option basically removed, it doesn't work properly.

Its a glitchy app. Theres times where my password wont work, then when i go to change it to what i thought it says "you cant use the same password as before". And currently, i cant access anything past the first page. I try to look at statements, it freezes up and crashes. I try to look at previous payments, same thing. Been going on for a few months now. And before u ask, yes ive already tried all the normal troubleshooting options. Restarting and reinstalling dont work.
