I have used ExpressVPN for several years now and rarely have 1 had a problem with it. Tech support is very quick on helping out, and have never had a problem with billing or my account. I think one of the most important features of any payable service is prompt and professional support and ExpressVPN definitely has exhibited this in my experience. Thanks. Note: it is, however, disappointing to see they reply to these posts without reading them.

Updated 12/10/24 This service keeps getting worse and worse. I have to disconnect the vpn to get service. What an absolute waste of money this vpn has become. It never works, speeds are at a crawl. I need to find a new one fast. I switched from surfshark to ExpressVPN and it used to be a great service, but over the last few months, the quality of service has greatly diminished. Speeds are to a crawl and constantly reconnecting. This app needs to be fixed soon or I will need to switch back. Edited

Awesome VPN. Some may like more features, but I like when products are simple and do a dang good job at what they were designed to do. I've been using ExpressVPN for probably 4 years now and I've never had any real problems with them. The main reasons I use EVPN: 1) Great customer service - I was given 4 free weeks when I could not get to my bank on the weekend to renew my subscription 2) They run (or claim to run) all their servers on RAM only, storing nothing on hard drives (I don't doubt them, since it's one of the main reasons I use them 3) The app is well designed and has many features included, like PW protection Edited

Works smoothly anytime you need it and connects very quickly. I like it because I can hop on and off in a matter of seconds. However, some apps, like home camera systems get 404 error message because they no longer recognize your device when trying to connect. I think this is more of a security feature in the camera system rather than an issue with the VPN.
