Great when it works, but it's an extremely inconsistent service. My biggest issue is the lack of feedback when it's having trouble connecting Some form of error message would make that easier to deal with. I've also run into issues where it will tell me I'm connected to a server, yet my IP information remains the same. Paid for a month, but cancelled the subscription not long after signing up.

As a VPN, it works great and I've always had reliable speed when connected. It does have occasion errors and connectivity issues, but EVERY VPN I've used has these issues, and most can be solved with basic troubleshooting. My only complaint is with "SplitBear." The list of apps to exclude gets reset after updates, making you go back through the list to reselect each app over and over. I actually got banned from DoorDash because I didn't realize it had updated, and VPN's violate their TOS

Pros: User-friendly interface. Competitive price. Multiple device support. Cons: Connection instability (frequent). Kill switch does not work when vpn disconnects, small server network which often are blocked by major IPs. Does not work for bypassing regions on streaming services. Lacks a lot of features compared to other competitors at similar pricing (ie SurfShark, Mozilla VPN).

As attractive as it is visually, it has stability issues in my experience. For example, the notification area to the upper-right may have the vpn icon but the program is not connected. I am pretty well versed as an end user, rooted and unrooted devices and can make use of nearly all developer options. But I'm not a backend programmer so maybe some updating under various situations and configuration is due. I use an sm-a716ui. Looking forward to something new!

This app worked great. Until it didn't. Now it won't turn on and I get a perpetual 'Oops, something went wrong. Please try again later'. I'm stuck in UK, and can't even connect there. Addendum: IDK what you did on your last app update, but now it works great for my Android. No more interfere with my truck interface and no more having to Uninstall and re-install to get it to work. Well done! Edited
