First of all false advertisement when online this app comes up says locate with just # and when trying to track with only phone number. I Install, it asks for number then won't show you on map until you purchase for $4.99 a week. After purchasing, you can't locate with just number without sending a text link or downloading on phone if have access. Then, asks if you want to upgrade subscription. So did for $14.99, in app the upgrade didn't show up. But it does in the play store. 😞

Do not fall for this scam. They advertise the app as doing all this great stuff for a reasonable price. Even when you go to the try it page it lists a price for a 1 month, 3 month, or 12 month subscription. No where do it say premium plan prices and then family plan prices. I bought the 1 year subscription because it was more cost efficient with the discount. After I installed the app and paid the app was not showing me half of what it advertised. They want almost $400 extra to do as advertised!

I would leave negative stars! Buyer beware! I prepaid for 1 year of "service " they charge another $60 for customer support. They don't tell you this once you get the subscription & should be included. Once you download the app, NONE of the advertised features are included and you have to pay for another subscription?? I tried emailing the support for either an explanation or a refund. The best part is the "support" email isn't accepting, messages! Do not waste you time or money!

Do not waste your money. This app is a total scam. Downloaded, paired both phones... the app worked ok a few minutes just the GPS, then when I wanted to see the messages, I had to pay a different price than what they were advertising ($4.99). I paid for a monthly subscription of $16.45 for nothing, couldn't see any messages or track the other phone. I sent several emails and never got answered. This app is a total Scam. Edited

do not waste your money! this app and company are a scam. subscribed and installed and work fine for two days then it stopped working. tried multiple times to chat with someone to fix it and was given the runaround. tried to cancel and get a refund and they refused and tried to upgrade me. talked me into using the remote install for free as a consultation and it STILL doesn't work. was told I would be given a partial refund and never saw it. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS!
