I removed the app from our phones several months ago. I acknowledge that I forgot to cancel the subscription. When the renewal showed up on my credit card statement, I checked email and text for any renewal notifications. The last communication from the company was six months ago, an Access Request from my daughter. Considering the facts that the company's app activity tracking will show the service has not been accessed for six months and there was no advanced notification of the subscription renewal, I am optimistic that the $65 subscription renewal will be refunded according to the "Cooling Off Period." The app was great when we were using it. My review of the app itself is five stars; however, the lack of billing notifications is ethically suspicious. Edited

Most of the time, this app works good. It does what I mainly need which is limiting screen usage time and when she can use it (i.e. school hours, etc.) But a few times it has stopped monitoring altogether on my end but seems to at least keep her daily schedules and times going (most of the time). There have been 2 times it didn't and she was on for almost double her allotted time before I realized it because I was busy and lost track of time. I would LOVE to see these bugs fixed please!?

The app has been very helpful. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it was difficult to navigate at first. I feel most times when a parent is looking for a monitoring app there is something they are wanting to monitor & it's difficult to read through so many tips to get to where you need to be. Other than that the app has all the features I need & the alerts are great.

User Friendly but inconsistent . For the most part this app is great for monitoring your child's phone usage. You can see their texts, calls and app usage. The inconsistent part is not seeing texts on a regular basis and the time limit on specific app usage doesn't work. I've had trouble getting assistance from their customer service. I'm disappointed because I am subscribed for a year.

App is great for the most part. Hopefully there will be an update soon for the location tracking, doesn't locate well most of the time, as well as every single time my child turns their screen off I get a notification that "the location tracking has been deactivated". Other than that this App does everything I need it too! Will update stars when this is fixed. 🌟 Edited
