after a mild hiccup, support was super helpful! 10 min response time. If you want to put your jobs on the app for your employees, I recommend subscribing on the computer, $30/mth. you can do it on the phone but if you want to do the job thing subscribe first time on your phone the $30 or more. I picked the wrong one and support had to reset everything for me and I have to do it on the computer now. but so far I am super happy with the app I will update this in 6 months!

Can't clock in without multiple attempts with wifi or data. Tech support is of no help either.

It was a great app and I only need to cancel due to buisness loss!!! I recommend it for all small buisness that does multiple jobs at once!!!

Update: customer service is great. They answered all my questions and got the upgrade figured out. Love the app but in order to upgrade my package I have to cancel my subscription and re down load...which I won't do for fear of losing all my information from the app. I has never frozen and has tracked correctly as far as I'm concerned. This app is so poorly made I hate that I have to use it. It doesn't clock in or out when you tell it to, it takes 5+ minutes to connect to server no mater the connection, editing times is a god damn nightmare. I'm sure people write better apps in intro level coding classes. Edited
