Horrible experience. Subscribed through the playstore but the app does not recognize the subscription so my daughter is still stuck on the basic plan. Contacted customer service and the only solution they offer is saying subscribe again directly through our website. I do not want to do that. I am comfortable with the security of the playstore. I sent proof of payment so how hard can it be to just link the subscription to my account? Terrible.

Wow this is expensive! Priced per child per subject! I was under the impression that this was a free app to help with learning, with basic features for free plus additional features you can pay for but it is not. I will be looking at paying almost 25 pounds a month if I want my children to use both subjects. There are no reductions for multiple children or subscribing to both subjects.

Hi Natasha, thank you for getting in touch. We do offer bundles but it's by subject rather than number of children at the moment. So a DoodleEnglish subscription also gives access to DoodleSpell. Alternatively, your children can use DoodleEnglish for free to complete an x-a-day activity. Please do let us know if we can help you further.

I've just tried to subscribe to doodle English. As the app says, all the subscriptions start with a 7 day free trial which we're on now. However, we're unable to access any of the premium features. My daughter would really like to do the advent activity but if we're on basic features only for 7 days, she'll miss it all. Update: the issue has been resolved and my daughter has really enjoyed using the app. The rewards keep her motivated. Great app Edited

Love Doodle, been using it for maths, times tables, English and spelling for over a year now. Our 8 year old is more engaged with the new changes in this latest release - the voice is more engaging, the refreshed look and feel are even easier to use and most importantly Doodle has helped her to catch up on weaker areas so now she's in a position where she's got ahead at school. There are a few tweaks to be made in the new version but the Doodle team is listening to customers and acting quickly.

We're only in the 7 day trial phase but it's a pretty good app so far.i just wish there was a way to increase the default font of the questions. My son and I both had to spend a decent amount of time trying to highlight a single capital I. I know there's the magnifying glass function, but you can't highlight the text you've zoomed into when using it.
