Not getting what I paid for, and the inflexible topup options. Telling me I get $749 "before tax" is useless. Just tell me how much will be sent to my phone. I needed $640 to renew my data plan.. I received 600 from the $800+ I spent, now I need $40 more, forcing me to leave the comfort of my home to get $40+. It's time you add more features or add more flexible payment options Edited

Tried to use it for the special it offers but it would not process my payment. Then could not clear my cart. Then after uninstalling and reinstalling it got my order wrong and I wasted $20 I didn't have to waste. If you have Tigo Honduras just use that instead. Cheaper and MUCH easier to use the Tigo app.

They do not accept the payment, garbage!! I need to buy credit to my Viettel and put in my european country. Since I am travelling, the payment processing notice ip for Vietnam but sees that my payment details is my european country. So it cannot accept the payment!! Incredible! My cards work perfectly.

DOES NOT WORK ON ANDROID 15 IOS 7. Major Bugs and unable to send top ups SINCE 25th April 2025. its now 20th May 2025. Customer Service Agents unhelpful. Still no APP update in that time. No payment methods accepted. it just keeps freezing/crashing. uninstalling & clearing Cache does NOT WORK!! This is happening on ALL ANDROIDS and must be costing Ding shareholders millions of dollars in loss of revenue. as I've kept saying for the last 28 days... AN UREGNT UPDATE FOR ANDROID IS REQUIRED!!?

I had high hopes based on the reviews but it just didn't work, followed their trouble shooting but still all I could get was a spinning pink cog - used on different devices and internet back to the drawing board for me
