This game does a lot right and is hard to find critiques to make against it. Perhaps my favorite thing it does is that you only need to level up 5 heroes and get equipment for the 6 types of heroes once, and that automatically applies to all of them. The map is full of rewards you aren't required to get. The dialog doesn't force you to be dumb but has many flavor choices that don't change the story but does add immersion. I want to say much more, but I've run out of words I'm allowed.

Great visuals and VA, same sad issues and adventures in monetization. Story mode was intriguing, initial rewards are good, the models and art are fantastic. But balance is atrocious. There is no freedom to build your own party your way and be successful. Everything is geared around a set group of heroes or else you stagnate. Nothing as infuriating as developing a character only to have a fresh release of the same caliber just destroy yours and your party... and guess what everyone has it. Edited

Gameplay is fun when everything goes smoothly. But recently every time a cutscenes starts I just get a gray screen and have to repeatedly tap the screen as 1 second flashes of the video pops up until it's finished. I'm just glad I'm not epileptic. Tried repairing and reinstalling and neither fixed the issue.

The game itself is pretty good, but it is highly automated, leaving you with a lot of time just waiting for a battle to finish. This is a Pay 2 Win game. Their prices are really high in ratio to how much entertainment value it provides. I also find it deceitful to make an offer on Revu requiring people to reach level 8 in 13 days, when you absolutely cannot without spending a significant amount more than what the offer is worth.

I was really enjoying this game until one day I opened the app and my account was gone. It had just reset all of my progress, which WAS linked to my email address, but even using that, I couldn't get anything back. I submitted multiple requests to the support team about trying to get my account back, and never heard back from any of them. I am NOT going to start over from scratch. I had my favorite character maxed out, and now he's just gone. I'm seriously disappointed in the tech of help.
