This app never works correctly and I have had it for years. I always see zeroes for things I've sent or are on the way. It seems they default to "clear" when I open one, and after clearing that setting, half the time I can see a list and the other half I get an error. Notifications error out when the app pops up. The website doesn't seem to like Chrome either, so using a PC wasn't as easy as I hoped. Overall, just a lot of disappointment.

the app is extremely slow & yes it's up to date. also every time I click on a package to view tracking it keeps bugging me about turning on push notifications even though they are already enabled. normally you can track the truck during the delivery window but it says that I can only view it during the delivery window & it's 11:30 and the delivery window is between 10:15-12:15. 12/25 says tracking unavailable when I come back to the app and I'm forced to close it. It's a bad sign when you prefer browser functionality over the dedicated app. Especially for such an established mainstream corporation like FedEx. Tracking results hardly ever show as expected and the dashboard is never accurate. The app is very slow and produces frequent error messages (like when trying to favorite a delivery). I feel sorry for people that actually have to use FedEx for their business.

I try not to use this app because it's so horribly unreliable. I'll get the texts FROM FEDEX that my package is here or there, but I get on the app, and where it says "On The Way"... theres nothing. So it makes me have to copy and paste the tracking number into the search bar to find it (sometimes) and even after tagging it as a favorite, as soon as I back out of the order...gone, like it was never there. Doesn't even show up IN MY FAVORITES. Edited

The maasive changes most recently published have made the app practically useless. It's extremely slow to load, shipments don't appear, and when they do, they also take a long time to load. A web page on my phone works much faster and much more dependably. Update Jun 2025. just checked. Still creaky, slow, forces me to use a web browser instead. What an awful waste of time for such an established company... like Sears was. Or K-mart. Or Enron. Or Waste Management. or or. CU inanother year or 2. Edited
