I've played this game since the day it was released, first on my computer, now on my Android! I couldn't be more satisfied with how similar the gameplay is, but, there are some drawbacks. Currently I am having multiple crashes when just playing the game as normal, I'm experiencing up to 5 total gameplay crashes within 45-60 minutes of playing. Which, of course, is very frustrating. After trying to unsuccessfully install a 10 yr old copy onto my PC, I installed this version onto my Pixel 7 Pro. Well done! Given the processing speed of the Pixel, the load times are considerably less than the PC. Gameplay is identical. Controls are fairly intuitive after only a few gaming sessions. Live battles on a 7.4" screen aren't the easiest, but it's not the game's fault. I may buy a tablet just for this game.

Amazing to see this. the 1 that started my love of the total war series. bought this on sight and pretty much just made sure it ran. I like the updated graphics and controls aren't too bad for a phone in sure I'll get used to it. definitely looking for others to come out. Empire and Warhammer are definitely 2 prefer to see next.

Amazing! keyboard support made the difference to me! 5 stars now! feels so much more like rtw on PC. runs better too! using an s23+ and it runs like butter compared to the og rtw. side note: the latest update did weird things to mouse click, such as moving a unit on a single left click and also not clicking when pressed in recruitment menus. This new update is great! The game is way more intuitive and far more enjoyable now. 12/10, I've already recommended it to people lol. If you guys can pull it off, Rome 2 ported like this would be unfathomably based... I hate Gauls... Edit: I noticed maybe a memory issue where after being open a while, the speech cuts out, and units move immediately instead of traveling to the target. I'm sure it's a quick fix, but I have to keep restarting once in a while. Not game breaking, just inconvenient Edited
