I love Tropico on PC, but this mobile version isn't super playable, at least on my Pixel 8 Pro's resolution. The controls cover too much of the screen and make it difficult to place buildings or interact with things on the map. Still giving five stars for porting this game to mobile devices and allowing us to that purchase outright at a reasonable price, instead of making more microtransaction trash, and for providing this demo to allow us to be test before purchasing.

I really liked this game years ago on PC. This seems to have captured most of the best simulation features. On mobile, the interface can be really frustrating. Trying to place buildings while checking where entrances are, zooming in and out, switching from normal to architect mode is pretty annoying. Then you try building roads and have to tear everything down because it wont connect. Not sure yet if the full game will be worth the cost. Edited

'Tropico' is an upgraded port of the classic PC strategy game. Think "Sim City" in a banana republic and you're 90% of the way there. I don't own the full version of 'Tropico' yet. I had enough money to get it or 'Alien: Isolation', but not both, and I went with that one. No regrets; but, I'm going to buy 'Tropico' when I get enough money on my Google Play account because this free limited demo was a lot of fun. —PROS: Feral's usual high quality. Excellent touch controls. —CONS: None.

More graphical settings could be added for newer and more powerful handheld devices. I found that whether I chose straight or a free formed road they were both just free-form which made my OCD a little on edge 😅. I have played all the games on PC and I am a little disappointed with the UI. I have a stylis pen for my device so maybe consider some stylis specific UI which take up less of the screen. Apart from above qwams I love the game and the fact that there is a mobile version at all.

I couldn't download your game even though I have a good smartphone (Google Pixel 6a). The game either finishes downloading but doesn't install, or it just freezes during installation. I’ve tried many times but the result is the same. Please fix this issue — if it's resolved, I’ll be happy to change my rating. For now, 1 star.
