the game is ok except for two things. 1. the ads. ok everyone is trying to make a buck. I am good with that, but 4.99 a month to keep ads away? for a hearts game? come on, don't be greedy. $5.00 one time fee? I could have seen that.2. it seems like the AI is out to target you. I have been playing hearts for years and never before have I seen a game where they constantly aim to screw you over and always favor another player. does it happen every hand? no but often enough that you see it.

the ads are short in this game. They make it difficult to tap the X, so you have to keep returning until you can tap your way out. That gets annoying, but fortunately, it's not with all of them. The flow is good. It's much better than the other apps with long playing ads after every play. this game, at least, let's you play an entire round before you get your 3, 5 second ads.

Not great. For something bogged down with ads, it plays like a $1.99 one time purchase Android app from 10 years ago. The subscription prices are insane. I am opted out of personalized ads everywhere, but the non-personalized ads it serves are often inappropriate. I'm not sure why I would pay $30 a year for a clunky hearts clone. I guess if I really feel compelled to play hearts, I'll fire up the old Windows XP netbook and play for free.

The game is a challenge and I'm a pretty good player. The ads are also pretty short, which is nice. It's very close to having 3 real opponents facing you. Additionally, this is my second review. The commercials are longer but you can back out, bypassing the ad and go back to the game I play sudoku and poker and word challenge AND this game. They keep my mind busy and do exactly what my brain needs at 79. One itty bitty problem. I'm the only player that stops runs if I can. Edited

I agree with the others - it does feel a bit rigged or "cheaty". Statistically speaking, I seem to get the Q spades too frequently. Even if I was the worst player ever, it shouldn't happen so conveniently often. Especially when I won practically every hand the first 2 or 3 rounds, and now I'm lucky to win 1 out of 10. The upside is the ads are quick and easy to X out of, even though frequent.
