Used to be fine, now nonstop ads. Whatever happened in this last update, it takes a few seconds longer after loading the screenshot, which is fine, but now there's a stupid ad EVERY single time, before you can see the board. Then if you need to change a letter? Nope, and other ad. Go back to the game and then back to this app, another ad. Ads Ads Ads. And I paid for this app when I got it 😡

Please update Snap Assist to version 4.7.2. If you previously paid for the ad-free upgrade, try restoring your purchase in Snap Assist's settings (make sure you're logged into the same Google Play store account that you originally used to complete the purchase).

I used this app only when I have been really stuck. ir was a great help, but then the developers changed it so it required a specific app to copy the screen. I haven't been able to get that program to work. Very disappointed as the screenshots I was taking with my phone worked just fine till they changed it. if not for the fact that I can't even use it now, I would have given it a 5 rating. I loved this app before!

This was literally the perfect game helping app. Until it randomly decided to stop working. Every time I try to import a screenshot, it says "error parsing screenshot". I've done everything that it suggested; I even went as far as to pay for the full version, uninstalled/then reinstalled. Yet it still won't work. Please don't give the email for support, I've already messaged them.

Kind of frustrating, I've used this app as a reference on many occasions. It works well for a while then suddenly it says that there was a screenshot error almost every time I take a screenshot of my board. Or it tells me the app is reading my board in Jpeg? I don't know what that means. Or how to fix it? I got frustrated and uninstalled it waited around 30 minutes or so then reinstalled the app again only to find it doing the same thing as before. It's really annoying.

This app works very well. I dont use it to cheat against my human opponents. I do use it to win mystery boxes. I am giving it 5 stars even though, on a reinstall on a new phone, it no longer sees me as an ad free user. A couple of years ago, I watched ads or offers to get ad free. I liked it so much I bought it anyway. Please check on this for me. If you find I am mistaken, Ill pay for the ad free version. Thanks!

Luckily, your ad free purchase is tied to your Google Play account, not any individual phone. You can even tap Restore Purchases in our app's menu on all of your Android devices logged into that account and it will work. If you made a new Google account when you set up your new phone, that might be why the Restore button doesn't restore anything.
