An app with great potential, but spoilt by intrusive ads. I liked the structure of this app, and especially having morning and eventually devotions.. But the whole experience was spoilt for me by having far too many intrusive ads. I love my cats very much, but when I'm settling for my quiet time, I really don't want to see a garish, distracting ad for cat food! (or for anything else!). I've reluctantly uninstalled the app, as all the ads were just too distracting.

I use this app every day. I've never seen a problem with it before, but ever since yesterday the only devotions shown are that of May 11th and below. All the devotions have come to a halt, and I don't know if that's a bug or intentional. My favourite part about this app has always been that there are 2 devotionals per day instead of one, but hopefully whatever this is gets fixed soon. Also not sure if this bug is only for me or for everyone, but I'll be waiting. Edited

The way I feel about this app is not very Christian, I'm afraid. it started out great. Loved the daily trivia & nightly reminders. But the functionality of the app started to really wane once you interact with it daily. The ads popping up as soon as you click on the daily trivia question was incredibly annoying. Sometimes it would let you go past it to the content. Sometimes it wouldn't! Then when you did get thru, the trivia answer & question never matched the notification

ADS PLAY LOUD MUSIC & SOUND when you click on a verse. STOP THIS. Too many full screen ads with sound. I have used this for 3 years and really liked it (past tense). However the ads have overtaken the app. i am reading a verse then a full screen ad pops up. The method to close the ad is different each time. Also, now they have pushed volume on the pop up ads.. I understand the financial need but this ridiculous. It was an awesome app but it has been polluted with annoying and rude ads. Edited

I Absolutely love this app, its perfect, so encouraging, speaks to me in so many ways, perfect scriptures at God perfect timing!, I love it! But I recently got a new phone and just reinstall this app again, still love it but too way too many pop up ads very annoying , gets in the way of my reading daily scripture, need to get rid of the ads Edited
