The app has slowly degraded since Google took it over. There's so much unwanted content that comes up on the main screen that interferes with my ability to use it. Despite turning off the cardio load content and the laboratory content, in multiple places it still keeps coming back. Clearly it's time to start looking for another fitness tracker. Edited

It's getting annoying. My opening screen has two messages I can't get rid of, one about uploading my lab reports (not happening) and one about under-training. I injured my leg, I know I'm under-training, I don't need to feel nagged about it. How do I make these go away? Tried Support, no help there. Please fix the cardio load feature- it lags a day or more behind reality! It would be useful if it was accurate, but for now I've turned it off! Edited

inaccurate stats. walked over half a mile and distance went from. 82 to .91 mile. so over half a mile and only .10 recorded? wouldn't be so bad, but steps and heart rate are also inaccurate. to make worse if you try to manually record the correct info and even delete the inaccurate info replacing woth correct info, it still wont change distance or steps to reflect accurate information. dont bother to seek help because all you get is standard textbook verbiage and no real help

When my fitbit let's me know my goals are completed I always double check in the app. Lately the app shows certain goals are completed, then later on shows they're not. The other day the app showed I exceeded my calorie burn goal but just a few minutes later it was showing that I did not, it changed my numbers. Today I completed my 6 hours active goal and the app showed 6 of 6 completed. Went on the app a few minutes ago and now it shows 5 of 6 completed. It's ridiculous. Edited

Yesterday while reviewing my year-to-date average sleep, I refreshed and my number dropped significantly. I've tried various things, but my numbers are still incorrect. I can't find any information on how I might be able to correct this. Google seems to usually make things easier, but they've taken over this Fitbit app and removed the fun (removed the group challenges) AND made it much less practical to use (screen display). After 12 years, Im looking into other fitness tracker options. :-(
