this app started out great! everything was running correctly and they had great rewards. them the reward changed and they were still good, that was assuming that the app did what it started out would do. it finally happened that the app is not tracking any orders at all, giving out no points, yet they are still connected to my email addresses with no way to disconnect from the app. if you want these emails disconnected you need to go to the email provider and disconnect them yourself.

bad app. they collected our data, sold it, made money and left us with "points" which have no value whatsoever. earlier they gave money and valuable brand coupons like amazon, Swiggy and Zomato. now they give all unknown brands and that too offers which are already available on the brand website. moreover, their servers don't work. i had to check an email urgently for customer support reasons and their server wasn't working. imagine having to check your mail urgently and the app doesn't load

I don't care about the offers which have been reduced to almost nothing but I do want the email part to work better. Recently, the emails are failing to open and whenever I try to delete a couple of unwanted mails, either I get an error or the mails appear back after I refresh. Please look into your app. and work on the bugs we've been getting recently.

I delete promotional emails and then clean the trash just to find out the emails are back again in both the promotional folder as well as trash as if they were never deleted. Is this a joke? Now don't be an idiot and tell me to delete the data/cache or uninstall and reinstall the app. This is 2025 and we already know how to keep our apps updated or clean data/cache or uninstall and reinstall apps. Stop blaming the users and fix your app. This is annoying AF.
