I like the service and the prices and the delivery cars and the list of products, but this app is literally unusable. it keeps crashing and stuttering and shutting down on it's own every 30 seconds or so. it's a pain trying to order anything from Elryan because the app barely works. I have a fairly flagship phone too. I own a Samsung S23 plus and everything is up to date from software to application, currently running android 15, but this issue have been going on even before.

They have lots of stuff and it's a good app. But my problem is with shipping. I ordered a fridge for my office (placed 7/4/2025) and it said in the app it would come by (12/4/2025). Today is (16/4/2025) and it's been 9 days since I placed this order and it still says preparing!!! Please fix shipping process.

my experience was very bad, I ordered an AC , and it was written on it free installation but didnt do the installation for me. very disappointing, even called the call center.

ordered some stuff for with "discounts" on november 20 and as promised it will be delivered in few days. then it took more than a week which i called to find out why they said due to black friday it will be delivered in max 12 days. its 6 of decmber. they dont replay the texts as it is a personal issue with some family member! they read the texts and leave it. no phone calls will be answered. and no cancel option in the app!! late late late

I placed my order on November 27, and according to the application's promises and customer service, the order was supposed to arrive within ten days. However, it has now been almost a month with no actual response, except for false promises from customer service. I do not recommend using the application.
