Usability went downhill. Why... WHY would I want to be able to swipe left or right to a different receipe while I'm reading the one I'm cooking?! This is at best poorly thought out at worst downright incompetent l.

Hi Robert, I'm sorry to hear that recent changes have made things more difficult while cooking. Good to know: There's a cooking mode in the Crisp app. This mode 'Kookstand' is designed to guide you through the recipe step-by-step, without unnecessary distractions or the risk of switching to another recipe. I don't know if I'm overlooking this option, but when adding ingredients for recipes, I can't deselect specific ingredients that I might already have; am I forced to manually look up each ingredient for a recipe and add it to my cart, if I happen to already have 1 ingredient needed for this recipe, or forced to buy it anyway? Besides this minor issue, great app, excited for even more products being added to their range!

Unfortunately, with the minimum order amount introduced a while ago, this service is no longer useful for me. It's about fresh products, and as a single person, I can never order enough to reach that minimum in one order. At some point, my cupboards were filled to the brim with soap. Reported it to them, but they are clearly not interested in small customers. 🙄

Hi Gerd, wat jammer om te horen dat het niet meer lukt om een bestelling te plaatsen door het minimum bestelbedrag. We kiezen voor een minimaal bestelbedrag om ervoor te zorgen dat we geen lange afstanden met halfvolle busjes rijden. Helaas betekent dit inderdaad dat het soms lastig kan zijn voor kleine klanten. This is an excellent app that provides a wonderful service. I have been using it for a few months quite regularly, and they have an excellent selection, lots of variety, and of an amazing quality. Lots of products you can't find in common supermarkets and so far all of them have impressed me positively. What I love the most is how much care they put on providing a service that aligns with my pronciples: lots of biological products with the minimum amount of packaging when possible. Lovely!

It looks like this app might be helpful and prices looks also nice. But the problem is that there is no way to choose a language. In NL almost everyone speak English and it is quite common in other apps to have at least English language support. It is not that hard to add it to the app and will increase your sales. If you focus only on Dutch audience - just fix targeting of your advertisement in Instagram, exclude English speakers it will also save you some money.
