one of the only issues i have with this app is pretty minor; changing my profile picture. it tells me to enable my storage permissions for the app, and yet when i go into settings, storage permissions arent even there to turn on. one a different note, the ads are a little excessive sometimes and quite long. ive had a few ads be a 45 seconds to a minute long.

App has been very glitchy lately when it comes to basic maneuvering. Every time I try to participate in a live show, it always kicks me out/the app closes out so this feature is a good concept but just doesn't work out for me. Not a fan of XP point for playlist don't overlap to the next level like on OG SongPop. Otherwise game-play when it does load, live 1v1, and missions for monthly passes are spot on! Edited

If your looking for a game with pretty much non-existant, useless, tech support, this is your game. Haven't been able to change profile Pic for several months. After about 15 emails to tech support and a few months I got some suggestions, none of which worked. Also live game I have played as a ghost since I started playing. No help there either. Come October when it's time to renew my subscription for $100 bucks I will be canceling. And it's sad because I do enjoy Songpop classic. Edited

Update 3/2025 I love the concept of this game. I'm dropping the last star to one and I'm uninstalling. The ads are out of hand and I'm not paying for the experience. It's fun, but not worth it. 7/2024(summary) I used to really love this app. But, it barely functions now. It keeps freezing or lagging, so I have to completely close the app just to continue. It has stuck on that annoying pig already 3 or 4 times just tonight. The game being essentially broken has me about ready to uninstall. Edited

The issues keep piling up. I am unable to change my profile picture. I've uninstalled. Permissions are as suggested. Guessing SOD and not getting credit for it is a continuous issue. Tried reporting it...that function does not work either. Support for this app is awful. Edited
