About Cronosurf Wave Pro watch

Cronosurf Wave Pro is a chronograph watch app for Android devices and a watchface for Wear OS watches. No other OS are supported for now. Note: Due to latest Google policies allowing only WFF watch faces on the Play Store (from 2026 on), we had to remove the Wear OS version from this release. ... read more

What an amazing watch face. I've owned my Fossil Explorist Q a little over a year now & have always been on the lookout for a better watch face. What I absolutely love about this one is the button lockout feature. I can't tell you how many times I've changed a widget setting on the native watch faces & not even known. But that's only 1 of the features I enjoy. The color customization, the World Time, and the auto return the time. The auto return and lockout sold me to buy the app. Well worth it!

Just installed the Pro version on my Samsung watch 4 and I have to say this is definitely my favorite watch face however I can't seem to get the weather to work. Even on my s22 ultra phone app it asked to enter the location and if you enter a city and state or a zip code it doesn't ever give you an option to hit enter all you can do is back out and nothing ever updates. I will definitely throw five stars this way when that bug gets worked out Edit: got the weather lined out. 5 stars! Edited

Thanks for your review and feedback! When you start typing a city name, a list of locations should appear. By tapping on one of them the entry will be saved. Zip codes are not supported (yet). If still in doubt, please contact us: [email protected]

After looking at like 1000 watch faces and trying a bunch of them I decided that cronosurf wave was the one for me. it's a bit confusing figuring out all the features... but the corresponding app on your phone lets you practice so you can master the different combinations required to set up it the way you want. There was a problem after the most recent (7/2019) update with the weather feature and the developer responded the same day and fixed it the same day. gotta love that. recommended! Edited

The crashing is gone but the auto night mode doesn't work (never did) and the step counter + weather either lag terribly or don't update at all. All the functions are so poorly described and obscurly operated they have never been worth using. On the plus side, the face looks good and the date rings with moon phase function

It's gorgeous, and I want to love it, but the steps don't sync with my phone, so it only shows steps while I've had the watch on, not my total steps. Minor annoyance to some, but it really bugs me for some reason, especially considering the cost. Galaxy Watch 5 Edit - now that I know the step counter doesn't really even work, it honestly is more disappointing. Wish I had known that before paying for the pro version, as I wouldn't have done so Edited

Thanks for your feedback! The step counter feature is purely experimental. In order to make it fully functional we would need to implement the Google Fit API and ask users for permission to read their fitness data, which some users might not feel comfortable with. However, we will reconsider in the future to implement this if feasible.
