Been so disappointed with my purchase of the SP2!!! Had tried countless hours on troubleshooting the connections within the app for Instax SP2 and S8. Both are updated with the latest firmware and everything. Had to send my photos that I want to print to another person and see if it gives the same problem. AND IT DIDNT! And this person has the same phone model, latest firmware, and everything. Please fix this issue!! Edited

Very frustrating! This app use to work fine printing out pictures just a few months ago. Now I ho to print out pics of my two dogs that just passed away and it won't let me! Says to give permissions. I check permissions and they all say yes. So I asked someone else to check. Same issue. I came on here thinking maybe it needs updating only to find out pretty much everyone is having issues. I really hope you guys fix this app! What a let done!

Same issue as other users. After allowing all permissions, uninstalling, reinstalling, turning off and on my phone, etc etc. I can't get it to connect to my phone. Says it is unable to obtain the IP address from the printer. I've had it for about a year and never had this issue until this month. Really disappointing and frustrating.

Printer is quick, cute, and decent quality. Going through a 5000+ picture gallery every time I want to print is tedious to the point I stopped using the app. The ability to select my favorites folder (or any subfolder) to wade through a subset of images I already earmarked would take this from 2 stars to 5 stars.

Connection is patchy & will often flash red & white lights then crash the printer when trying to connect. No option to auto-connect either, though this may be a conscious design choice so it doesn't use your WiFi until you've sent at least your first print to it. Unless you absolutely need to connect multiple devices at once or have to connect via WiFi, it'll be easier & cheaper to by an Instax Mini or Instax Square printer which use BlueTooth & are cheaper. UI is a mess & very slow to navigate. Edited
