The app keeps crashing at any random time. After 10 seconds, 20 seconds, 1 minute... It is very random. Frustrating.

Unfortunately the app would crash alot with my phone , a Samsung A22, I tried to get it to improve , but my phone kept saying its crashing and affecting my phone , its a shame as the layout of the app and the instruments they have are awsome , but I trade quite rapidly and the issues were too much and affected my ability to place precision trades, so I had to stop using it.

I've used the old apps and the new apps and I've been a customer of city index for decades, the new app is definitely usable now and very quick. I find their interface highly efficient and really quick to get in and out of positions. Reporting history and true costs definitely need to be improved, but I reach out to my account manager from time to time and they oblige. I can't recommend cityindex enough, well I can, I did get quite a few folk to sign up now when they ask what platform I use.

Not enamoured with the fact that I constantly need to uninstall and reinstall the app after each use... unable to log back in
