update 24/3/26 Ive called the UK number and there is no option 9. I got through to a customer service representative who suggested I reinstall the app which I did. it's been bad for a while when at busy times I couldn't open the app, but since yesterday I can't open at all. it shows the cityindex pink screen than it disappears. Ive forst cleares all data and then Ive removed the app and reinstalled it, but now I get 'Error it occurred. Try again if needed!' Useless piece of junk Edited

This app used to be very good. I have used it for years. Since the end of March it has been completely useless. On android the app will not open. It just fails to start. I have reported it twice to Technical Support who have failed to respond. Technical Support you should be all over this. . Download it yourself from play store to an Android phone and see for yourself. It just does not work. Well 1 week on and the App still does not open. Numerous email and two case numbers and still no result Edited

App is still not working guys!!!! Fix it... my equity just says "waiting" So I cant trade! Even when the app is closed and then reopened, it opens on my last graph (a particular trade or stock) and cant sell or buy! Sort it out please. We are losing a lot (especially on Oil) if the app isn't working. Before this..... Brilliant platform. But high risk if your new to this type of trading so be careful.

After launching the cityindex trading mobile app and using it for a while, switching to another app and use for a while, and then returning to the CityIndex app, it either crashes or the interface freezes. At same time other platforms trading apps also been launched on the same mobile device never experience such issues with same scenario. You should share the feedback with your technical team. Edited
