my go-to app for great concert prices. Plus, you don't get hit so hard with all the usual fees you find on other ticket apps. My favorite feature on the app is the ability to see the actual view/pic for the potential seats you pick for the events based on past experiences of people sitting in the seats. The only thing I wish the app had was the ability to purchase a parking pass for the venue of where the event is being held. I can understand the app possibly not being able to control that. Edited

What started as a five-star experience quickly turned into a huge headache. I never received my ticket via email—even after waiting over five hours—so I had no choice but to purchase a new one. I requested a refund but was told to fill out a form. After doing that, I waited two weeks without any update or response. It wasn’t until I filed a claim through PayPal that I finally got my money back. Extremely disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend using Gametime. Edited

Gametime is my go-to app for concert tickets! I've consistently found the cheapest tickets here, which is a huge plus. What really sets it apart for me is the incredibly convenient resale feature. It's a lifesaver knowing that if plans change, I can easily resell my tickets directly through the app. A genuinely great feature that makes buying tickets stress-free. Highly recommend!

I used to love this app. I purchased tickets for a show and was charged twice for two different days. I tried to contact them and they said that the purchase was valid and non refundable even though it was never approved through me and I was never sent an email or a receipt or the tickets to the show I supposedly approved. Messaging they said there was nothing they could do about it. it's turned into a big scam. do not use this app! Edited

horrible experience. I went to purchase tickets that showed available. when I swiped to purchase, I received a message that the tickets were taken by someone else and kicked me back to the seating chart. Again, I went back to find other seats and tried again. I tried to purchase again and same message that someone else took them. I checked my bank account and I was charged the 3 times I tried! I never got tickets. I contacted Gametime and they told me they can not get a supervisor involved. help
