Webapp with poor design, poor performance, & limited usefulness. Navigating through the app is unintuitive and clunky. Very hard to find policy info, and then it is just a literal copy of the website. The download link for a vehicle policy ID card didn't work at all. Then I got stuck in a loop and could not find any way to navigate back to my policy info. I had to close the app because I was stuck. Not what I expected when I was told IFBI had an app to control my account.

The app looks good at first, but I can't sign into my account. I just get a server error every time. The app almost feels like it was slapped together in a couple of days with little to no testing done.

Terrible app does not show anything about your policy other than your number What's the point I already know the discounts. This is useless to normal people so it's not worth your membership fee to begin with and this shows nothing important. Wasted 10 minutes of my life, don't download this app!!!

I was excited to see that there was an app assuming I could easily pull up my policies but the only thing on this app is events and a list of company discounts. What is the point of this thing?! No one is actively looking for events held by their insurance company to attend.

Either mail new proof of insurance cards for my vehicles when I pay the premium or enhance your app to be able to easily show an electronic version of the cards - secure it with a fingerprint or pin, don't make me log in to display the cards.
