Great, handy app to have, but I have set it up so I ONLY receive weather notifications, which were a bit excessive, but we were having a hurricane last night, so I'm not complaining about that. My complaint is that I am still receiving news notifications, of which all topics are turned off in the settings. I'm deleting this intrusive app again. I'll stick with WMGT's exclusive weather app. I'll stick to TV for WMAZ news. Edited

Interface needs work, chunky and glitchy and unorganized. Radar doesn't work half the time. Ads need to go before live especially pertaining to safety like weather conditions. Sat through 6 ads and still didn't make it to the live report. You can have ads at the bottom of the screen that don't hinder the live/video. There are alternatives where you can still get ad revenue. Please do better, y'all used to be so reliable.

I downloaded the app to get the local weather more easily. All day long it has sent me alerts of death and destruction, unrelated to the weather. I would be fine with notifications of news stories if there were anything positive, but so far it has all been depressing. I really prefer to save that for when I am ready for it, like when I look at my Facebook feed knowing I follow WMAZ there. I've turned off notifications each time and it still keeps coming up. Deleting this without much actual use.

This app is badly optimized when rotating for videos and ESPECIALLY when trying to watch the live broadcast. The ads will completely cut off the news feed for like 30 seconds and by the time it comes, back, the weather forecast is gone and I would have missed it. Sometimes after an ad, it won't come back at all! Definitely need to address that.

I have to have this app to keep track of the local weather accurately because my outdoor construction job(concrete) requires decent weather. I'm able to use the radar, which I find to be the best one out there, to make quick decisions about whether or not to order concrete and pour. I also keep up with current new, local and otherwise, with the 13wmaz app.
