Update: I cancelled the subscription months ago and still keep getting charged a monthly $40 charge. I wonder if a few of us can sue for our monthly payments and time back. This app seems like a scam. They charged me $6.99 upon sign up. Then 3 days later they charged a yearly fee of $39.99 only to charge me $39.99 again one month later. They stated $39.99 as a yearly fee but charge as monthly. Do not be fooled. Edited

I'm a truck driver, my wife likes to see sometimes that I'm still moving down the road. This is the only tracking app that we have actually been able to see that in real time. Thanks so much for ability to do just that !! 👍👍 Wow, after updates and such this thing really went downhill, used to be perfect when we first starting using it. Now get prompts all the time about ads and going to premium version. My wife's location has been stuck in the same location for days.. What a shame.. Edited

I installed this app when my friend lost his phone to see if I could help locate it. It was not able to help. So I discontinued the service and uninstalled. However, they are still charging me 40$ a month even tho I've unsubscribed and contacted customer service multiple times. Bad app, bad service, bad experience. At this point it's just theft! Their system is automated trash.

So far, their only response was to tell me how to cancel depending on what platform I used and I told them it shows no subscription at all, yet I was charged. I know how I'm supposed to cancel, it's just not giving me that option. I only wanted to try it for a week but I was charged a lot for it and then it renewed and no where in my account or playstore does it show a subscription so as of right now I can't cancel it. I'm waiting to hear back. It's ridiculous!!! Edited

Absolutely horrible customer service... I have canceled my subscription and deleted my account... a month later, I get charged 29.99 for nothing! All I am getting is automated emails back, saying the same thing. The app is horribly engineered and website never works. It's too bad I cannot give a negative star review. STAY AWAY unless you want to over pay for headaches and have your money stolen!
