Works until it doesn't. They don't seem to test their code before releasing it, as it will periodically just stop working when either their app or Android updates, and then it will stay broken for weeks while they deny anything is wrong then eventually release an update to fix their broken app. Don't use this as your only means of accessing a building, because you're likely to get locked out at some point. Utter garbage. Constantly displaying pop-ups that say prodatakey isn't responding, locking your phone from input until you tell it to stop the app. Seems this garbage runs constantly in the background, even if you're 1000 miles away. Interesting idea, but exceedingly bad execution. Thing behaves like a virus rather than something useful. Total amateur hour app.

This works fairly well for what I need it to do. Only problem I have is it constantly asks for bluetooth permissions. I don't have any bluetooth access, I don't need it. I don't want the app constantly running in the background. I used to be able to click past it very easily, now the latest version it takes me to the permissions for the app every time I open it. How about design it so if you have bluetooth credentials that's when it prompts for the permissions?

The app is terrible. First, there's no widget. Then it asks me EVERY SINGLE TIME if I want to enable notifications. THEN, if you click away, regardless of choice, it goes to phone settings. So now I have to navigate back to the app. All of this to open a gate while in my car. This is NOT an upgrade from a key fob. The user experience atrocious.

Absolute junk. My HOA chose this app to open the gate to our pool. I downloaded it twice and hangs while starting. Does not let me enter any credentials or location specific information. It's a piece of junk. I'm a pretty tech savvy person and this is just a non-starter.
