Just upgraded our 16+ year old phone system (Mitel) to RingCentral. Happy with the internal messaging (teams) so far. Great for our on-site (service delivery team) to choreograph with relationship managers (sales) - leading to a better client experience. Haven't ported over numbers yet so cannot comment on the in and outbound calling or SMS features (will report back). on the test calls I've done - the AI note taking/recap is excellent 👌.

I use the app for work calls on my cell phone since I am always on the move and never at a desk for long. Lately, the app has been very annoying and kicking me offline for seemingly no reason. Once I switch to using my phone data it will work for a while, minutes to hours, but then it will once again kick me offline. I will then switch back to the business Wifi and it will work again for a time then kick me off. I know I can remedy it by just switching back and forth but, I shouldn't have to.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced... Unfortunately I needed to cancel service, nothing to do with their ability just a change in our business...I good approval from ringcentral while dealing with them on chat and have screenshots of the conversation, a month later nothing! After HOURS on the phone (mostly on hold) so many emails (unanswered) Everytime I create a case they automatically email is resolved. I have in writing cancellation approved. Another blow off in response above. Edited

I cannot recommend this app due to its high fees and the limitations placed on ringtone selections, particularly for users in the United States. It is inconvenient to be restricted to a specific ringtone designated as a 'Business' tone by the app. for what they charge you for a month you can get a better system on a AI operator can transfer the calls and take calls Edited

So bad on a Google Pixel 9 Pro! When I try to make a call using the app, or when I receive a call, sounds cuts in and out every 1 second - pretty much renders the app useless. Also happens on Pixel 7, and 8 Pro. I also have the same app on an iPhone 12 Pro, and it works fine. So it's not the network, nor T-Mobile - it's the Android app. I've spend countless hour on support calls, running tests, submitting test files, etc. Absolutely frustrating.
