Thus far, I have really enjoyed my experience with Going. It has a very clean UI, I like the free features it provides and I think this will be a quintessential tool for booking new trips. My only suggestion, I'm not positive if this would even be doable, I wish there was a filter for deals with layovers over an hour. I do not like getting flights with 1 hour layovers since I feel like I have to rush the whole time. Thank you for making this app! I'm excited to use it for future bookings.

The app doesn't work very well. It takes 10 to 15 seconds to get past the blue logo screen. Sometimes it never loads past the logo screen. When you click on a notification of a deal from the app, the app doesn't open to the details of that notification's deal. It just opens to the search map. You have to find the deal that you were notified of.

The claim is that the service is free. But you can't view any of the information about flights unless you subscribe with cash money. Also, when I opened the app it claimed to have a great deal to a specific destination, but no matter what I did, I couldn't find this deal. I feel there's false advertising? Many times the app gets in a state where selecting options or settings doesn't work. App is half baked. Edited

Yes I have and I was told by customer service the filters only worked on the website, which is simply not true. Now the app is just generally buggy, it crashes often, doesn't load fully, etc. Ever since late 2024 every patch update pushed to my phone has been progressively worse. The website more or less works for what I paid for so the service is fine, however this app is getting to the point where it is useless and I most likely will delete it soon if the next 1-2 updates don't improve. PLEASE allow Premium members to filter out Elite offers from the map. It's not an effective upsell, it's just annoying to be forced to see all the offers my tier doesn't include and clutters up the map view when looking for possible destinations. And no, it does not make me any more likely to subscribe to Elite, it just degrades my current experience and makes me less likely to recommend Going to anyone else. Also, please work on speeding up the app startup from logo to map. Edited
