Useful app! One annoyance is that the prices that at are shown in the list overview do not correspond with the prices shown if you look at a specific car. For example in the list overview you'll see a car listed for €20,10 per half day, but if you click on it it shows the car actually costing €33,32 per half day. Just show the actual price in the list overview instead of misleading your customers! :) Edited

Incredibly stupid app. Bookings randomly disappear. Can't add extra driver (no error feedback). Upon creating an account it doesn't say you need to verify a bank account, it randomly pops up after pushing other buttons. Not even proper validation of the bank account if it contains spaces. Even the password field has a reveversed reveal button. I can't believe they make you pay a commission for using this retarded app!

Downloaded latest version, app states the current version is not supported. I am not able to access my booking now. Also, many hidden costs increase your actual rental costs. I have the feeling that this app started off as a great and idealistic platform but is becoming more and more expensive. For almost the same price you can now just turn to the regular rental companies (sixt, hertz etc). Edited

1. five euro deduction before you can use it and cannot be refund; 2. Keep asking you to upload profile photo and kept failing; 3. Those issues are not resolved more than 2 months; 4. Additional (mandatory) cost is hidden when you search cars. It only shows when you click each car option. Overall, I have been unable to use the app and they already charged me 5 euro. Edited

Usually you get to find a car to do your job. What i find unnecessary is to be shown the prices without the extra costs that are fixed in any case and you can't avoid. Also it is super weird the fact that if you try to make a payment with the app using your debit account,you will be charged a deposit but doing the same on the browser that is not the case!! Plus you can only use a credit card on your own name only. (So my partners credit card was refused)

Dear Maria, thanks for the feedback! A deposit is not required if you pay with creditcard, only with Ideal. This counts both for web as apps. You can indeed only pay with a card that is on your name.
