It was wonderful when it worked. The kids learned quite a few new things that they would excitedly tell me about. However, there are too many technical issues that have to be corrected. It worked perfectly the first week, then it suddenly started to freeze up when the kids would watch a video. Needless to say, very frustrating for a 5 & 4 year old. I tried clearing the cache on the tablet, but that didnt work. I cancelled my subscription. Edited

We absolutely love this app, it is incredibly useful and we have never had any issues using it. My only issue is my children are limited to use it on a phone or tablet and we don't want our children on these devices AT ALL. Every time phones/tablets are reintroduced back into our schooling routine it has a negative impact in our home within a few weeks and then we have to take them away completely for a couple months. We are anticipating the release of a chromebook app or it would be even better if they would make it available to use on their website. For $10 a month the app is incredibly overpriced compared to the multitudes of useful apps who have ALL of these play options available. We will purchase a full years subscription whenever the app is available on chromebook or the internet. until then we will keep subscribing for a month and then cancelling for a couple months until I decide this just isn't worth it anymore. I will update my review with 5 stars if this issue ever changes.

Very glichy with unresponsive customer service. We love the app but it rarely worked on my phone. My son would often wait and wait for the videos to load up or the videos would stop suddenly and skip to another part of the lesson. We tried everything tonget the app to work, using a different device, resetting app, resetting internet, phone etc. Nothing worked. It's a shame but too expensive to waste money on when it doesnt work properly. Edited

The app worked great the very first time I logged in and my daughter LOVED IT!!! Truthfully, so did I.....however once I signed up for a subscription the app never worked again. I tried on apple and android devices to no avail. As soon as you submit your information to the login screen, it starts thinking and from that point never moves. Your app will just continue "thinking" until your device dies; no time out, no error message, nothing. I can't even get to the parent section to cancel my subscription! I'm SO disappointed! Edited

What a lame app! Promising, but you can't even try one thing without signing up for a subscription and "free trial" and jumping through several hoops in a ten minute sign up experience. Not worth your time if you don't enjoy administrative work. Response to response: enrollment takes 10 minutes, not 10 seconds. For one, you're asked to verify your email address... We did use the app and it was actually pretty good... the difficulty of simply trying it sends many users onto the next app... Edited

Thanks for sharing. We offer full-access 7 day trial rather than a "limited trial" experience so the users can really understand the depth of the experience. We do have a short enrollment and verifying your email is so we can provide parents with weekly updates on new content that we add every week.
