the actual service works great but I paid for unlimited for the $25 a month, I looked up about 20 total vehicles over 3 days and was banned for "being a script". customer support didnt even tell me what I did "wrong" they sent me their entire massive TOS page. it took 2 days and I had already bought my car when they got back to me and unlocked mt account. I couldnt even read previously run reports after they locked me out. trash.

Rip Off! After trial was over the app wouldn't work. Thought it had canceled. Noticed a charge for $24.99. Went to try and check a VIN. Still wouldn't work. Google won't refund and so far neither will Good Car

Definitely DO NOT use this app. paid for the for the unlimited reports and was inputting VIN numbers of cars that I KNOW had accidents, and this site said "Great new, no accidents" for all of them. it's a scam and waste of money. Edited

The app is good but trying to cancel my subscription was an absolute nightmare. I suggest NOT using this app or service.

I love this app because it is completely free to search up a plate or VIN, easy to use, and you can pay for a fully detailed report about the vehicle. I hope the app stays like this🙏🙏
