Everything I try, "open Google keep", "open notifications", and even the stock, suggested actions: "tell me the time", "what is the weather today in Omaha", " display my emergency contact information", "adjust lights to bedtime mode", every single one of them just gives a toast pop up that says "Gemini doesn't support this feature". Completely and totally useless.

I like it very much. The actions go through the Google assistant though, so it is not that easy to get done what you need. For instance, I couldn't find a way to make sure that one single button sent a text message containing both my location and a personalized text. So, basically, you are restrained to the possibilities of Google Assistant.

Worked great until it started throwing this error: "Action Blocks can not access Google assistant at this time." Just stopped working out of the blue. I've restarted my phone, no good. Reinstalled the app, that didn't work either. Walked through the troubleshooting steps at their help page, nothing. I've grown very accustomed to using it over the past year - so much so, I've forgotten all the steps I take to set the movie night scene. Edited

Huge potential, long way to go. Cons: only single-step-routines, no importation of existing routines, when icon is clicked the screen goes to the assistant mode and never reverts back to the home screen, really ugly icons! I don't get it: with highest quality engineers that work for Google they couldn't dedicate a couple of days to make this app really useful and nice looking? This app feels like a half assed attempt that someone tried before going to bed late at night. Hope it will improve. Edited

It seems to work for the most part, but I do not want to have to use Google Assistant to get a simple widget to turn a light on and off. That should be a basic function of the Google Home app itself. If it absolutely must work through multiple apps (which seems ridiculous), I do not want to hear or see any kind of interface with Google Assistant. Please allow me to simply click a button to turn a light on and off without any other interference.
