I find the watch to be very "glitchy". I have owned it for only 4 1/2 months and already have had to call Google support twice, do a hard reset once, and do a restart multiple times a month when it decides to no longer automatically get messages. I do like the aesthetics and the custom watch faces. I love the ability to use it as a remote for the phone camera. I give 3 stars because of the tendency to stop giving me notifications on a random basis.

The text on the face is too tiny to read. I had to do a hard reset once because the screen was black and non-responsive. Does not measure blood pressure or glucose levels. But I now miss fewer calls and text messages. And Fitbit is free and that helps me understand my actual sleep, so I get enough. This Watch app keeps losing connection to my watch, though Fitbit seems to continue working on the watch and reporting data through the phone's SIM card. Edited

My watch worked perfectly until the last update. Now, when I receive a notification and twist my wrist to see it, the notification appears for about a second and then disappears. When I swipe up to see the notification, I only see old notifications that I already cleared. So then I have to swipe down and back up to see any new notifications. I also can't seem to click on a text anymore; I can only see the preview. It's very frustrating.

Other than the obvious basic features, it takes a while to get used to where, how, what changes can be made to customize watch. My biggest disappointment isn't with the app but the features often are very similar & don't offer enough options for most important shortcuts or info I want on my watch face. Especially annoying cuz notifications & texts cannot be separated shortcuts but Gmail can buy I think with how much texts everyone sends it would be a tile & shortcut! I do like Fitbit features.

Great watch. I love the easy access features like workout, voice call, HR etc. However in less than 3 months it stopped working spontaneously. Online, support was of no help. I got a replacement charger from Amazon it started to work again. Hopefully I don't run into any more issues in the future
