Love the program, and have gone through the other 2 apps with my kids. However, the app keeps crashing when trying to get into the first set of problems to complete. Please advise, or fix problem.

The app simply just returns me back to the main menu when I try to play a level hope this can be fixed.

Thank you for your inquiry. It appears that this Xiamomi 11T device is a Smartphone. The Hands-On Equations Level III Tablet is designed to be used only with tablets. Do you have a tablet available? Would you try it there? Thank you.
