it's possible to play without paying money but its not enjoyable. I paid a $1 and didn't get the reward.You are given access to inferior troops and in order to get better one's you have to win or pay money. You can't beat your enemies with the units you have but can't make em better until you progress through the game. You have no castle's but your enemies do. You need siege weapons to destroy them but the only ones available can't destroy them! I played as Ireland, I guess they didn't have any?

IF YOUR READING THIS DO NOT INSTALL! after I installed this game I didn't like it and tried to uninstall it but a few hours later it came back on my phone and I kept on deleting it but it keeps reinstalling itself

Pretty solid medieval strategy game. Looking forward to see more unique units from different factions. Suggestion: Irish Gallowglass, Swiss pike mercenary, 2 handed-swordmen (for germanic factions), hussite units (bohemia), Venetian heavy infantry with warhammer etc. Edited

Bro this game is great as expected, i don't care if you think im a bot, anyway this game is awesome and i hope the developer of this game update it so i can play on other map and i can't wait if there will be a new update (sorry for the grammar i am not fluent in English because its not my native language)

Was enjoying it FTP up until the adwall after the first few battles. Literally an ad after every turn unless you buy something in shop. 2 stars because the game could be enjoyable, if I didn't have to stop every stinking turn to wait a minute for ads.
