Was my favorite sneaker app but has been messing up big time. I have to verify that I'm a human and it still doesn't work. When I do get in, it takes me right back out. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling countless times. Still haven't made any progress. I really need this app fixed because this is the only way to enter raffles. You can't do it from the desktop version. Edited

Downloaded the app recently and it won't let me go in and see the content. It constantly says it doesn't recognize my device and sees me as a bot. It continues by saying that I can fix this by checking my browser's permissions to allow cookies. But as you can see this is the app and not the website on my browser. Unbelievable.

I ordered many things in the past on this app and never had a problem. But it's all changed, last three orders were all cancelled and or shipped very late. I bought sweat pants from them about 2-3 weeks ago and they cancelled my order after a full week of them being in process for shipping. They out of nowhere they decided to charge my card again for the sweatpants after it was cancelled. Not only that but the app constantly crashes. Horrible customer service too, nothing works and I feel robbed

The app doesn't work for anyone outside of iphone from what I have gathered which is stupid. Constantly saying to verify you're a human, but don't give you an option to verify. Then, you check your browser and connection and that's not the problem. This app just doesn't care for Android. Trash app. Wish I could mark 0 stars.

Customer service is not the best, especially Melrod J. Not to mention, there is no way to pre-add a payment method. I've clicked on payments in my account multiple times to try to add a card for shoe launches, and it just shows a blank box under payments. Customer support said use a different device or delete cache. None of that worked. It's very frustrating. Lastly, the results for launch raffles are never on time.
