Customer service is not the best, especially Melrod J. Not to mention, there is no way to pre-add a payment method. I've clicked on payments in my account multiple times to try to add a card for shoe launches, and it just shows a blank box under payments. Customer support said use a different device or delete cache. None of that worked. It's very frustrating. Lastly, the results for launch raffles are never on time.

The app is easy to navigate, smooth transitions, and interaction with the page and objects on the page my reason for giving it a4 star is the scrolling. Scrolling can be frustrating because it takes a beat to load objects, and at times, I abandon the search

Only issue I have is the offers for 25% off with pick up in store but the option is never available. If this is not available everywhere, why even offer or at least the company should list all areas or stores that don't offer this deal. Update: The app offered pay and pickup but when I tapped the red bar to proceed, I got an error saying pick up unavailable...C'mon, changing to 1 star. Edited

This app frustrates me with the "press and hold" feature. I already clicked the box to verify I'm human, and then I can't purchase it because I have to press and hold to verify again. I've missed out on a lot of releases due to this. If you're going to have the feature, get a feature that works. It's extremely frustrating! 2 stars cuz when it works, it works, but this needs to be corrected on the app and website.

The site (not app) has a tendency to crash and have a lot of problems in my experience. The app seems to be a lot more simple and reliable. It's easy to navigate. Checkout is a breeze. And great selection and quality overall. I do wish they would fix their online site. Maybe get a different provider. I was really tired of the issues with the site. But again the APP itself has yet to give me any problems.
