When taking last image of receipt, it cuts the last parts off. This is really annoying since some receipts contain date at bottom. Now I have to figure out at what point the receipt will not get cut off. If I forget to check, then the receipt becomes invalid since the date is missing. Also, please fix the Amazon account linking. It takes multiple tries to scan Prime video or it says to try again later. It looks like it scans it but then the percentage drops down to 0. It's very annoying!!! Edited

I had enjoyed using this app until recently when it keeps having trouble scanning my Amazon orders. It sends an error message, and eventually I can get it to work usually with a few tries, but it takes extra time, which isn't great. It's also very slow to load, so be prepared for it to take maybe 10-15 minutes just to scan receipts. Please fix this issue, Receipt Pal. Also takes so long to load. It wastes time. Edited

Lately this app has taken so long to load that I just skip it. I did write this review and it still remains true, when it loads. This app is very simple to use, no preplanning of purchases or scanning items. Just take a picture of the receipt(s) and wait to accrue enough funds for a desired withdrawal. I have experienced no operating issues, freezing issues or disconnect problems. It takes me just a few minutes to take pictures of my weekly receipt stash. Edited

In 2022 i did a review and now in 2025, not much has changed except for the fact that the app itself takes forever to load and forever to scan receipts. It's ridiculous to the point i stopped using it for a long time. I recently went back onto the app because i figured may as well not waste all my accumulated points but after 2x of it taking literally mins and still wasn't even able to get anywhere in the app to scan for e-receipts etc. Better off with fetch rewards.

Works so so. Can't link my Amazon account. Amazon shows a page that says it blocked an unfamiliar app. I purchase on Amazon a lot like many people so this is a real negative for me. Still after a week I have gotten just over 1000 points, halfway to a $5 reward. I guess I'd compare it to fetch. Just check e-receipt occasionally for an occasional few bucks. There are better receipt apps out there.
