Does not work with S21. Able to connect to reader and download a template. When looking for detailed information, app closes. Sometimes I can stop the service and the app will connect to reader. About 10 percent of the time I need to restart my phone to get the app to work again. Would be nice if there was a way to test the template once downloaded to the reader.

Terrible experience with the template manager side of the app. App crashes frequently at the very end of the template creation. You can not edit templates or copy and edit templates. This would be helpful if you just need to change one or two settings for testing or when you have small differences between your sites. Having to re-create templates from scratch for every change you want to make or test is just stupid. Especially when that template creation crashes right at the end of creation.

App itself works, but it is too time consuming tool for actual work. It takes ages to configure many readers, also requires rebooting of readers in configuring process. So it is not convenient at all. I do not understand how HID thinks that it is a best way to configure readers. Just to put OSDP address to the reader, takes up to 3 minutes per one reader. Imagine that you have 200 readers to program... App should have back button, if something fails you need to close app and reopen Edited

If your are considering readers and are reading this review, find other readers. The combination of the readers and this app sucks beyond belief. Everything you do requires a reader reboot. Updating the FW? Reboot. Changing the name (which by the way is limited to SEVEN characters) Reboot. Did you fart sideways during the FW install? It failed and you have to reboot AGAIN! PLEASE for the love of all that is pure and holy DON'T use HID readers. Ay times you won't even be able to find a reader. Edited

First, the display is so small and pinching the screen to enlarge it doesn't work. I thought the manual would be like a pdf or similar format to download. However, that too is too small for it to be useful on my cellphone. Thanks at least for the effort.
