This game sucks! When you get beat on a mission, you don't go back to the menu so that you can upgrade your hero, weapon and gear. You stay dead in the mission for a half hour until you can watch a video, to get another life... just to be annihilated again, because you still haven't been able to make yourself any stronger. I even uninstalled the app and reinstalled, and it still went back to the same mission. And I paid for no ads, and I still get this coffee time ad, every 5 minutes. Edited

I actually REALLY like this game and spent $5.99 to remove the coffee ads. I've spent money on gems (you don't have to) to help pass a level only or unlock a room only to have the room locked again as if I never unlocked it when I log back in. I paid $4.99 for premium rewards and lost all of them after logging out. The developers have not responded to two different emails asking for a refund. There is no save feature which means you're gambling with your game and progress everytime you exit. Edited

Game Glitches. logged in and lost a chunk of progress on my level. Then when I was going back through the level I got to a point where a required item was no longer spawning so I can't continue. I was advised to uninstall and reinstall and wouldn't you know it... lost all progress completely and back at square one.

it's a very neat game. However, the "Delete Account buttons should be at the bottom of the options screen and there should be a save game button in its place. The game tends to lose progress along the way. I've been stuck on the same level for a week. there is a bug that doesn't allow the progress markers for the gas can. Edited

glitching big time. usually it's just a minor loss of progress when I close it down. this time an ad started and glitched and sent me back to restarting of the game. i lost the item the bad dude left behind and cannot progress. please fix. second time lately I've lost something or it's glitched in a bad spot and cannot continue. don't wanna start over. consistency is big. Edited
