seems like no one has answers to basic questions. Been using it since January 22 and never questioned it. But since they updated features like" estimated income" all my money is off... I messaged support and their response was that my employer doesn't allow credit card tips to be available for immediate withdrawal! That's about the stupidest response ever since that's all my income since switching to Fuego. It's a payday loan to yourself, takes advantage of people who live paycheck to paycheck. Edited

DO NOT USED THIS APPLICATION TO RECEIVE YOUR TIPS!!! If you work in a restaurant, bar, or any stablisment is which you get tips as part of payment, do not used this application. It takes way too long to get your money, and they don't even give it a total amount. You need to contact them and it takes hours over the phone for them to tell you, "Okay we will look in to it and contactyou with an answer" Please do your self a favor and do not use this application.

honestly I would switch to your regular bank as fast as possible unless you wanna spend half your time signing into the app every time you wanna check your account. I'll be doing the switch today as I'm sick of the log in process every few times I try to log in. I do not bank somewhere to not be able to easily get into my account. I would give no stars for this reasoning alone.

Zero stars if I could. This app is trash. It's always crashing and signing me out even though I have my biometrics added. Also, any time I have a question about this app, nobody seems to know how it works. Edited
