app has always worked fine for me. for some reason, my refund was rejected this year. when I try to go into the app and fix it, I get a connection issue error. I've tried it on mobile data and on wifi, and it does the same thing. I can't even log in before it flashes multiple times on the screen, and when I click reload, it makes me have to redo my login. so frustrating I have to call in to fix this.

Keeps asking me to log back in even while I'm actively answering questions w/o delay. TurboTax import FAILED! Never allows fingerprint login. Asks EVERY TIME if I want to allow it, then "spins" for a minute, errors out, says next login I can enable it. Yet in settings I enabled it. Then there are random errors! Frustrating! I guess I accidentally swiped to a next section? Couldn't get back to last section OR ANYWHERE--no menu even! Could ONLY fast forward to end of state return now it's a mess!

Useless app. Won't load any of the screens or my tax documents. And it makes me re-register my device every single time I try to sign in with no option to remember this device or anything of the sort. It keeps saying it's loading but after 20 minutes, three forced closes, an uninstall and reinstall it still will not load anything other than the sign in screen and the registration screens after that.

I used the app last year and it was quick and easy. This year, it tells me my password is wrong and I keep enabling fingerprint access and it never works. The app keeps crashing and/or telling me I have a poor signal (I'm on home wifi with a strong signal). The state taxes won't finish so I can file. It demands that I rate this app before proceeding. I may not get to file at all this year.

9 times out of 10 you get a blank screen when trying to sign in. the app is not responsive when this happens. it's frustrating when you are trying to log back on to finish up. just did the new update today and it's happening again. some serious changes are needed. I'm just going to add that you should not use this product. Trying to e-file and it freezes and puts you in a loop so you never get back to where you left off. this is after paying them over $100. Now trying to call to finish up. Edited
