I really enjoy this app, it's very easy to use, no glitches. & the spruce card doesn't charge you ANYTHING for using the card, etc like most other "tax cards". Gives you the option/tips to save money and I hear you really do get your money faster. only thing annoying is sometimes it makes you log in everyday and won't use your fingerprint or facial recognition. but still a 5/10.

Works well. I get my paycheck 2 days early as advertised. A nice little surprise is the simplicity of the app. Everything is self explanatory and fairly easy to find. I like how purchases are categorized and that it lets you mark purchases in categories yourself. I actually quite like it a lot. There's a couple bugs/glitches here and there but they typically fix themselves after closing and reopening the app. I quite like it for the simplicity alone. With more time, it should only get better. ❤️

Issues issues and more issues!! Every single weekend our banking goes funny. It shows duplicate charges, it will show 1 in pending and 1 processed for the exact same thing which has caused over drafting more than once. I tried the chat option and calling in. The woman on the phone wouldn't even allow me to complete a sentence without interrupting me. After about 10 minutes of her trying to talk over me. That was last week. This week same issue!! I THINK IT'S TIME TO CHANGE BANKS!!!

After the most recent update I have not been able to deposit my paychecks because of some sort of error. I tried calling customer support and the customer support representative I spoke with either couldnt explain to me what the issue was or just didn't care to explain to me and immediately hung up. The app has been decent at best, but with the current issue of not being able to deposit a paycheck and customer support not helping. I've been disappointed. I'll change my review if things improve

I first got this app and the card for my tax refund. I liked the setup so much I used it to get my paycheck. No problems whatsoever....til today. I log in, email, password, and then a screen says nice let's set up your account. At which point it takes me right back to the log in screen. Rince and repeat. Please fix ASAP Update: Thinking it was a problem with the app, I go straight to the website. No luck, it's pulling the exact same thing. So whatever the problem is, it's on y'all's end. Edited
