worst car wash in waukee. car wash bays don't work and you have to back up and go to a different bay. Or it accepts the wash club code but never starts the wash and you can't go to another bay because your daily wash is used up. The help function doesn't work at all either. Save yourself the frustration and go anywhere else.

Prices HIGHER than when you pay in person. Not only were each respective wash $1 more than the normal prices as the kiosk, but there was apparently a sale going on that made each wash $7 when paying in person, but that was not reflected in the app. Too bad the stupid kiosk can never read my card.

It won't let me complete my profile. I have both my vehicles in and every time I click the done button, it brings me back to the screen to add more vehicles and will not progress further.

Completely non-transparent. Won't even give you membership prices until you download app AND create an account. Doesn't explain any perks - how points or family plans work. Employees at the car wash (gas station) are completely clueless and don't have any answers either.
