Update: game now allows you to flip your phone! Now the charging cord is in the place while playing the game. Two stars for this improvement. Edit: game does not automatically update. Have to do it manually. Game went into maintenance mode just as I was collecting rewards. Lost them. Customer service tells me I not be awarded missing items. Very bad support...

I've played for over 2 years and spent hundreds of dollars on this game. That being said, I'm still basically a mid/low level player. It's always been a pay-to-win type of game (most games are) and that can be frustrating but it was still a moderately fun way to pass time. Now, for no apparent reason, I can't login to my account and I can't even email the developers with the issue! (It keeps saying "Sending failed" when I try to email them). All my other apps work just fine...come on IGG, this is some grade school BS, coding.

There have been days when this game was my favorite, but the developers have ruined it. Whenever I open the game, it starts downloading resources. However, the issue arises when it keeps downloading and never stops, getting stuck at a specific percentage (e.g., 37%) and consuming more than 2 gigabytes of data. I tried deleting and reinstalling the game, but the same problem occurred all over again.

Love this game. Started playing in late 2013, lost that account, then made a new one in mid 2014, and still play to this day. The game is great, and has a ton to offer. Only concern I have, is the absurd amount of heroes being added. While it is nice to have more options, it in turn creates a bigger set-back for smaller/new players. Spacing out new hero drops would be highly appreciated, and I know the community would like it too.

Fun game, I have been playing for about 7 years. had several accounts and seen it change a lot. I also have had to spend money over 200 dollars and i have made it to be fairly high in the ranking. However this game is impossible to stay up with!!! it always has no hero's and when they do a big game change you don't get to have all the stuff to start out its like starting over again and it gets old trying to implement troops that literally die in the first 10 seconds of a battle.
